I express gratitude for the opportunity to work with Noah Education Fund in its early stages. I have progressed professionally from my short time here.
I started volunteering as the Program Manager in early December 2016. Some of my tasks included drafting administrative documents, posting creative works and public domain works on the website, as well as performing internet research on related programs or opportunities.
A couple weeks after I started, Jim (our director) asked if I was interested in managing a small team. I was absolutely delighted to receive some management experience so early on. Over the course of the last month, I’ve been responsible for onboarding new volunteers and managing their success within the organization.
I was recently promoted to Senior Manager! I am very excited about my advancement and am looking forward to gaining more responsibility and new valuable experiences
